Redfin reports Florida and New York dominated February’s ultra-luxury housing market with home sales over $50 million SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A never-before-listed oceanfront estate in Manalapan, FL was the most expensive U.S. home sale in February 2026, pulling in over $68 million. That’s according to a new report from Redfin, the real estate brokerage powered by Rocket.Another palatial Manalapan property sold for $31.5 million. As of 2020, the ultra-exclusive town on a small barrier island near Palm Beach had a population of only 419.
