Third quarter performance was largely driven by DNTL, which agreed to be acquired by GTCR for a (disappointing) 35% premium. At quarter-end, the Fund's top five positions were Basic-Fit, dentalcorp, International Workplace Group, Radiant Logistics, and our ski/wake basket (MCFT and MBUU), which together accounted for 70% of capital.
