RICHMOND, Ind., Oct. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ: RMBI), parent company of First Bank Richmond (the "Bank"), today announced net income of $3.6 million, or $0.37 diluted earnings per share, for the third quarter of 2025. This is compared to net income of $2.6 million, or $0.26 diluted earnings per share, for the second quarter of 2025, and net income of $2.5 million, or $0.24 diluted earnings per share, for the third quarter of 2024. The results represent a 42% increase in diluted earnings per share compared to the prior quarter, and 54% increase compared to the third quarter of 2024. The growth in net income and diluted earnings per share for the third quarter of 2025 was primarily driven by higher net interest income resulting from an expanded net interest margin.
