Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is reviewing its options, including a possible sale Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. RMCF, +1.05% said Wednesday it has hired a financial adviser to help it review its strategic options, including a possible sale of the company. The Durango, Colorado-based company, which owns and operates gourmet chocolate stores and self-serve frozen yogurt cafes, said it has hired North Point Advisors and Perkins Coie LLp as legal counsel to assist with the review. "The Company remains open to all strategic options that would enhance shareholder value for the long-term," it said in a statement. The company said it had revenue of $9.4 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2019, down 10.2% from the year-earlier period.
