to $1,877/oz in Q4 ($1,843/oz FY), while operating cash flow rose to nearly $86 million in Q4. Year-end liquidity improved to a net cash position of $209 million , though that included about $135 million of unsold bullion (˜31,000 oz) which was sold shortly after the quarter closed. Guidance for 2026 shows lower production (250,000–275,000 oz) and higher AISC ($2,000–$2,200/oz) alongside a sharply increased capex program of $310–$360 million , driven by the CMA sulfide conversion, Mako life-extension work and major spending on the Doropo development. The updated Doropo DFS outlines a materially larger project with ~55% higher reserves, upfront capex of ~ $516 million , strong economics (post-tax NPV $1.46bn at $3,000/oz and a 49% IRR) and a management timetable targeting FID by end-Q1 2026, construction mid-Q2 2026 and first gold in H1 2028.
