Claire's disputes with its suppliers in Asia surround orders placed in the months before the retailer's second bankruptcy filing in August, when it was still owned by hedge fund Elliott Management. Former Claire's CEO Ron Marshall said the disputes with suppliers could throw a wrench into the holiday season and “disrupt the supply chain” both now and moving forward.
