develops, manufactures, commercializes, and distributes a portfolio of hemodialysis products to dialysis providers worldwide, today announced that the Amended and Restated Product Purchase Agreement (the "Amended Agreement") dated September 18, 2023 between the Company and one of the largest dialysis providers in the United States (the "Customer") has been extended through December 31, 2026. As part of the Amended Agreement, product pricing will be increased for the extended term. "We are pleased to extend our product purchase agreement with the Customer through the end of this year, and continue to foster our relationship in the hope that we can expand our agreement well beyond 2026," said Mark Strobeck, Ph.D. , President and CEO of Rockwell Medical.
