The OmniMax acquisition accelerated the strategy and is being integrated through an internal management office, with Gibraltar raising its synergy implementation target to about $24 million and saying cost synergies are materializing faster than expected while it works to reduce leverage. Management described demand as “very choppy” after Q4 weakness and weather disruptions, but is prioritizing integration execution, product/SKU simplification and logistics improvements, and expects to complete the remaining renewables divestiture in Q2 to simplify the business and bolster cash flow.
