HONG KONG, March 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Roma Green Finance Limited (“ROMA” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ROMA), an established provider of customized ESG, corporate governance and comprehensive sustainability and climate change solutions, including risk management solutions, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program, effective immediately, under which the Company may repurchase up to US$100.0 million of its Class A Ordinary Shares. The repurchase program will remain in effect until December 31, 2028, unless earlier modified, suspended, or terminated by the Company’s board of directors. The Company’s proposed repurchases may be made from time to time on the open market at prevailing market prices, in privately negotiated transactions, in block trades and/or through other legally permissible means, depending on market conditions and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, at the Company’s discretion.
