Adjusted EBIT -- Adjusted EBIT rose nearly 50%, reaching a record as volume gains and SG&A optimization actions improved fixed cost utilization, offsetting higher health care costs. Adjusted EPS -- Adjusted EPS also achieved a record, benefiting primarily from higher adjusted EBIT. Regional Performance -- North America grew 6.3%, Europe grew over 20% (driven by M&A and FX), while emerging markets growth was led by Africa and Middle East.
