ALEXANDRIA, La., Feb. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Red River Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: RRBI) (the “Company”) announced today that on February 26, 2026, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in an amount equal to $0.25 per share of common stock, up $0.10, or approximately 67%, from $0.15 per share for the prior quarter. The cash dividend is payable on March 19, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2026. R. Blake Chatelain, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated, “We are pleased to announce another increase to our quarterly dividend.
