MILWAUKEE, Oct. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Louis Pinkham, Chief Executive Officer of Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on October 22, 2025, declared a dividend of $0.35 per share. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2025. The company has paid a dividend every quarter since January 1961.
