BEACHWOOD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Retail Value Inc. (NYSE: RVI) (“RVI” or the “Company”) today provided notice of a change in location for the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) via the filing of additional proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), and to support the health and well-being of the Company’s shareholders, directors and employees, the Company will hold its Annual Meeting in a virtual meeting format only, via live webcast. As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 20, 2020, and beneficial owners as of that date holding a legal proxy for the meeting provided by their bank, broker or nominee, are eligible to participate in the Annual Meeting, vote electronically and submit questions during the live web
