EUREKA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On November 21, 2025, REDWOOD CAPITAL BANCORP (the “Company”) (OTCQX:RWCB), the only locally owned and operated community bank holding company in Humboldt County, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a third stock repurchase program for up to $1 million of its common stock. This new authorization, which replaces the Company’s two prior repurchase programs, demonstrates the Company’s continued commitment to delivering long-term value to its shareholders.The Board of Directors authorized this third stock repurchase program following the successful completion of the prior two, through which the Company repurchased a combined total of 78,612 shares of common stock.The Company’s third stock repurchase program is effective immediately and will remain in effect until February 28, 2026, subject to the earlier termination or extension of the stock repurchase program by the Board of Directors, or when the $1 million designated for this stock
