(“DIRTT”, the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “ours”) (TSX: DRT; OTCQX: DRTTF), a leader in industrialized construction, today announced its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025. All financial information in this news release is presented in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise stated. Fourth Quarter 2025 Highlights and Recent Developments Revenue of $50.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, an increase of 4%, from the fourth quarter of 2024 and in line with the expected guidance range of $48.0 million to $52.0 million provided in the earnings release for the third quarter of 2025. Gross profit and gross profit margin for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $18.6 million or 36.6% of revenue, an increase from $17.5 million or 35.9% of revenue for the same period of 2024.
