Local aerospace manufacturer Acutec has landed a subcontract award that will position Meadville as a key player in the U.S. Army's next-generation aircraft program. Announced last week, Acutec Precision Aerospace will continue its partnership with global leader Safran Landing Systems, providing landing gear and braking components for the U.S. Army's MV-75 Future Long Range Assault Aircraft program.
