NEW YORK, Jan. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL), a leader in sub-meter resolution Earth Observation (“EO”) data, announced today that it has closed the purchase and sale of 7,399,578 shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock in a registered direct offering pursuant to a definitive securities purchase agreement entered into with a single institutional investment manager on January 26, 2026. Titan Partners, a division of American Capital Partners, acted as lead placement agent, with Craig-Hallum serving as co-placement agent for the offering. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $35 million, before deducting the placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for continued investment in growth initiatives, constellation and satellite infrastructure, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
