SATS's hybrid MNO model leverages AT&T's infrastructure and SpaceX's satellite network, transitioning Wireless to a capital-light, scalable business with reduced overhead. Pending regulatory approval of the AT&T and SpaceX deals is critical; successful closure enables material debt reduction and a potential $8.5B equity stake in SpaceX. Current valuation (~10x post-deal FCF) appears reasonable, with upside from SpaceX not fully priced in and entry below $90 per share offering a margin of safety.
