Proposals of the Board of Directors of Sampo plc and its Audit Committee to the Annual General Meeting The Board of Directors of Sampo plc and its Audit Committee have made proposals for the election and remuneration of the Auditor and the Sustainability Reporting Assurance Provider as well as a proposal for repurchase of own shares to Sampo's Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 22 April 2026. The Audit Committee proposes to the AGM that the Authorised Public Accountant Firm Deloitte Ltd be re-elected as the Company's Auditor and Sustainability Reporting Assurance Provider for a term of office expiring at the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting 2027. Furthermore, the Audit Committee proposes that compensation be paid to the Company's Auditor and to the Sustainability Reporting Assurance Provider against invoices approved by the Company.
