BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SBA Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: SBAC) (“SBA” or the “Company”) provided notice today of an update to the location for the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”).Due to the public health impact of, business closures ordered by governmental authorities as a result of, and travel concerns related to, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual only meeting format on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Online access to the meeting will begin at 9:45 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. You will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
