PARAMUS, N.J., April 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SB One Bancorp (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SBBX), the holding company for SB One Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income of $5.1 million, or $0.55 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as compared to net income of $5.8 million, or $0.62 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The Company reported net income, adjusted for merger-related expenses net of tax of $249 thousand, of $5.4 million, or $0.58 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.
