STUART, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (“Seacoast”) (NASDAQ: SBCF) announced that on October 23, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share, an approximately 5.6% increase from the prior quarter. The common stock dividend is payable on December 31, 2025 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2025.On October 1, 2025, Seacoast issued Series A Non-Voting Preferred Stock in the acquisition of Villages Bancorporation, Inc. The Series A Non-Voting Preferred Stock is entitled to receive ratable dividends to those declared and paid on SBCF common stock.
