SBM Offshore announces the completion of its EUR141 million share repurchase program initiated in 2025, and the commencement of a EUR227 million (US$270 million equivalent ) share repurchase program, as announced on February 26, 2026, and effective from February 27, 2026. EUR227 million share repurchase program The objective of the EUR227 million share repurchase program is to reduce share capital and, in addition, to provide shares for regular management and employee share programs (maximum US$30 million). The remainder of the repurchased shares will be cancelled. The share repurchase program is expected to be completed by February 17, 2027 and will be executed under the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on April 9, 2025 and, if granted, the authorization of April 15, 2026.
