Sibanye Stillwater (SBSW): Price Targets Rise, But Mixed Outlook Persists This update follows shortly after Sibanye Stillwater reported the completion of its acquisition of Metallix Refining, which was announced on July 21, 2025. The company paid around $129 million in total enterprise value. This deal is expected to strengthen the company's existing U.S. recycling operations and generate significant value through operational synergies. Before Davis, an analyst from BMO Capital also raised his price target on the stock from $7.00 to $8.50 on September 2, but maintained his Market Perform rating.
