The company is rolling out new ways for baristas to earn more, including letting customers tip on mobile orders using debit and credit cards. Until now, tipping was mostly limited to in-store, drive-through or Starbucks card payments. On top of that, Starbucks is introducing performance-based bonuses, where baristas and shift supervisors can earn up to $1,200 a year if their store hits certain goals.
