(NYSE: SCS) today reported second quarter revenue of $897.1 million, net income of $35.0 million, or $0.29 per share, and adjusted earnings per share of $0.45. In the prior year, Steelcase reported revenue of $855.8 million, net income of $63.1 million, or $0.53 per share, and adjusted earnings per share of $0.39. As previously announced, on August 3, 2025, the company entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") with HNI Corporation ("HNI"), Geranium Merger Sub I, Inc., and Geranium Merger Sub II LLC, pursuant to which HNI will acquire the company in a cash and stock transaction, with a total consideration of approximately $2.2 billion to the company's common shareholders
