I am pleased to report on a strong quarter and year for the company. Production averaged 18.5 MBOE per day during the full year, an increase of 12% on a BOE basis and 32% on oil versus 2024, benefited by our operated development program in the Cherokee Play, and production for the fourth quarter averaged 19.5 MBOE per day. Before getting into this and other highlights, I will turn things over to Jonathan for details on financial results. Jonathan Frates: Thank you, Grayson.
