NORTH BETHESDA, Md., November 25, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Sodexo, a leading provider in high-quality dining and facilities management solutions, today announced the promotion of Joe Ganci to CEO, Corporate Services and Energy & Resources (E&R) for the U.S. In this expanded role, Ganci will oversee Sodexo's operations across both segments, working closely with roughly 400 clients representing a diverse range of industries across more than 1,000 sites. He will report to Thierry Delaporte in his current dual capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo North America and serve on the North America Leadership Team. Ganci most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Services and E&R. He succeeds David Bailey.
