SINGAPORE, March 03, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) ("Sea" or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2025, Sea's GAAP revenue was US$6.9 billion, up 38.4% year-on-year. The Company also achieved gross profit of US$3.0 billion, up 36.0% year-on-year, and net income of US$410.9 million, up 72.9% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 33.2% year-on-year to reach US$787.1 million. For the full year of 2025, Sea's GAAP revenue was US$22.9 billion, up 36.4% year-on-year, with gross profit growing 42.2% year-on-year to US$10.2 billion. Net income reached US$1.6 billion, as compared to net income of US$447.8 million for the full year of 2024. The Company's adjusted EBITDA was US$3.4 billion, up 75.2% year-on-year.
