REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Seer, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEER) (“Seer” or the “Company”), the pioneer and trusted partner for deep, unbiased proteomic insights, today confirmed that it has received a highly contingent, non-binding and unsolicited proposal from Bradley L. Radoff and Michael Torok (together with certain of their affiliates, the “Radoff-JEC Group”) to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Seer’s Class A common stock for $2.25 per share in cash plus a contingent value right (the “Proposal”). Consistent with its fiduciary duties and in consultation with its independent financial and legal advisors, the Seer Board of Directors (the “Board”) will carefully review and consider the Proposal to determine the course of action that it believes is in the best interests of the Company and all Seer stockholders.
