DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SendGrid, Inc. (NYSE: SEND), a leading digital communication platform, today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 6,534,234 shares of its common stock at a price of $24.00 per share. 600,000 of the shares are being offered by SendGrid and 5,934,234 of the shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. SendGrid will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. The offering is expected to close on April 10, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, certain of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 980,135 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price.
