LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of SES AI Corporation (“SES” or “the Company”) (NYSE: SES) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. SES reported its Q4 and full year 2025 financial results on March 4, 2026. The Company revealed that it suffered from delayed shipments at the end of the year, pushing about $1.5 million forward into Q1 2026.
