NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) today announced the closing of a $30.5 million first mortgage loan to refinance Glenridge Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia.The 95% leased property has a weighted average remaining lease term of approximately seven years and is located within Atlanta’s medical district, commonly known as “Pill Hill”. The loan has a three-year initial term with two one-year extension options, subject to the borrower satisfying certain conditions.
