While many Americans watch the daily dose of depressing COVID-19 numbers, airline interests and leaders of other industries are watching to see what the final numbers will be for the government’s financial rescue of the nation’s gasping passenger airlines.On Friday, the Treasury Department threw the airlines a monster curveball.
