that it has completed its previously announced "best efforts" private placement (the " Brokered Offering ") and its concurrent non-brokered private placement (the " Non-Brokered Offering ", and collectively with the " Brokered Offering ", the " Offering "), for aggregate proceeds to the Company of C$33,750,000 through the issuance of 11,250,000 common shares of the Company (the " Common Shares ") at a price of C$3.00 per Common Share (the " Issue Price Under the Brokered Offering, the Company issued an aggregate of 6,750,000 Common Shares at the Issue Price for aggregate gross proceeds of C$20,250,000.
