ST. LOUIS, Jan. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today reported net revenues of $1.56 billion for the three months ended December 31, 2025, compared with $1.36 billion a year ago. Net income available to common shareholders was $255.0 million, or $2.31 per diluted common share, compared with $234.7 million, or $2.09 per diluted common share for the fourth quarter of 2024. Non-GAAP net income available to common shareholders was $290.0 million, or $2.63 per diluted common share for the fourth quarter of 2025. Net revenues of $5.53 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to $4.97 billion a year ago. Net income available to common shareholders was $646.5 million, or $5.87 per diluted common share, compared with $694.1 million, or $6.25 per diluted common share in 2024.
