Le premier est Andy Kong, F.S.A., F.I.C.A., MBA, Chef du développement d’affaires mondial, qui s’est joint à la firme en 2022. Auparavant, celui-ci a travaillé au sein de iA Groupe financier, d’Optimum groupe financier pour près de 6 ans, et de Mercer pour près de 4 ans. Détenteur d’un MBA de HEC Montréal (2021) Andy Kong est aussi diplômé d’un baccalauréat en actuariat de l’Université de Montréal (2020). Il siège sur le conseil de l’ARASQ depuis 2023.
