SEATTLE, April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFBC), the holding company (the "Company") for Sound Community Bank (the "Bank"), today reported net income of $1.0 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, or $0.38 diluted earnings per share, as compared to net income of $1.9 million, or $0.72 diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 and $1.4 million, or $0.56 diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The Company also announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on Company common stock of $0.15 per share, payable on May 22, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2020.
