Saga Communications, Inc. GROSSE POINTE FARMS, Mich., March 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Saga Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq - SGA) (the “Company” or “Saga”) today reported that net revenue decreased 9.3% to $26.5 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 compared to $29.2 million for the same period last year. Digital revenue increased 25.8% to $4.3 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 compared to $3.5 million for the same period last year. Station operating expense decreased 1.9% for the quarter to $22.9 million compared to the same period last year. For the quarter, we had an operating loss of $9.5 million compared to operating income of $1.0 million for the same quarter last year and station operating income (a non-GAAP financial measure) decreased 38.7% to $3.6 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
