NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SG Blocks, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGBX), a leading designer, fabricator and innovator of container-based structures, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. SG Blocks expects to grant the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering.
