Sigma Lithium Improves Operationally, But My Bull Case Has Somewhat Played Out [Seeking Alpha]

Its mining restarted, and investors seem to have regained confidence in this name. SGML is now refocusing on normalized production and cash generation. Its Phase 1 supports 270,000 tpa capacity. However, Phase 2 could lift total capacity to 520,000 tpa if construction and equipment ordering resume smoothly. Unfortunately, I believe SGML's valuation is far less compelling today, as its valuation multiples now appear considerably more expensive relative to its sector peers. Still, my initial growth thesis remains positive in the long run. But I have to adjust for a slightly less unfavorable risk-reward profile this time around.
