SCOTTSDALE, AZ, March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Signing Day Sports, Inc. (“Signing Day Sports” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: SGN), today announced that the closing of its previously announced proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (“BlockchAIn Inc.”), One Blockchain LLC (“BlockchAIn LLC,” and together with BlockchAIn Inc., “BlockchAIn”), and certain affiliates of BlockchAIn, is anticipated to occur on March 16, 2026, subject to stockholder approval and other closing conditions. The closing of the transaction is anticipated to occur prior to the commencement of regular trading hours on March 16, 2026. At the time of closing, Signing Day Sports and BlockchAIn LLC are expected to become operating subsidiaries of BlockchAIn Inc.
