ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Feb. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SpyGlass Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGP) (“SpyGlass Pharma”), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,375,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by SpyGlass Pharma, are expected to be approximately $150 million. In addition, SpyGlass Pharma has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,406,250 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All shares of common stock are being offered by SpyGlass Pharma.
