EDINBURG, Va., Feb. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (“Shentel”) (Nasdaq: SHEN) announced fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial and operating results. Fourth Quarter 2025 Highlights Glo Fiber Expansion Markets revenue grew 39.0% over the fourth quarter of 2024 to $23.0 million.Total revenue grew 7.2% to $91.6 million.Net loss from continuing operations was $5.4 million compared to $6.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.Adjusted EBITDA1 grew 31.3% to $33.5 million.Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded from 29.8% to 36.5%, an increase of 670 basis points.Closed an inaugural offering of $567.4 million aggregate principal amount of secured fiber network revenue term notes. 2025 Highlights Glo Fiber Expansion Markets revenue grew 42.7% year over year to $82.6 million.Total revenue grew 9.1% to $357.9 million.Net loss from continuing operations was $32.9 million compared to $28.4 million in 2024.Adjusted EBITDA2 grew 26.0% to $119.1 millio
