The company sold a 15-year old Capesize vessel and placed its first ever newbuilding order, with financing expected to be announced in the near future. Based on the company's fixtures for Q4 and current Forward Freight Agreement rates, Seanergy should easily outperform current consensus expectations again. The near-term outlook for Capesize vessels remains supported by solid levels of iron ore and bauxite shipments in combination with a record-low orderbook. Given the combination of deeply discounted valuation and strong Capesize charter rates, I am reiterating my "Buy" rating on the company's common shares, with an increased price target of $12.00.
