ALISO VIEJO, Calif. Feb. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (the "Company" or "Sunstone") (NYSE: SHO) today announced results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Operational Results (as compared to Fourth Quarter 2024): Net Income: Net income was $7.2 million as compared to $0.8 million. Total Portfolio RevPAR: Total Portfolio RevPAR increased 9.6% to $220.12. The average daily rate was $319.01 and occupancy was 69.0%. Adjusted EBITDA re Adjusted EBITDA re increased 17.6% to $56.6 million. Adjusted FFO: Adjusted FFO attributable to common stockholders per diluted share increased 25.0% to $0.20. Full Year 2025 Operational Results (as compared to Full Year 2024): Net Income: Net income was $24.6 million as compared to $43.3 million.
