While it remains to be seen if SHOP's agentic commerce offerings may achieve widespread adoption across its growing merchant base, I reckon that user demand may be robust. Assuming so, readers may look forward to a growing merchant adoption of SHOP's vertically integrated SaaS offerings along with the expanded monetization of its AI-driven advertising capabilities. Given the maturing growth prospects and the outsized rally, SHOP is now overly expensive at a P/E of 111x, pending an acceleration in its adj EPS growth profile in the triple digits.
