(NASDAQ: SHPH) (“Shuttle Pharmaceuticals” or the “Company”), the owner of Molecule.ai, an artificial intelligence (“AI”) driven platform for molecular discovery and early-stage drug development. Shuttle Pharmaceuticals entered into a securities purchase agreement with investors for the issuance and sale of 2,238,800 shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase 4,761,200 shares of common stock in a public offering. The offering resulted in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3.5 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The offering closed on March 10, 2026.
