NEW YORK, March 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SIGA Technologies, Inc. (SIGA) (Nasdaq: SIGA), a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.60 per share on the company’s common stock. The amount of this dividend is consistent with the level of the special dividend declared in April 2025.
