The trucking company is preparing to file for bankruptcy, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal, a development that sent its stock plummeting 44% during the trading day. News of the potential Yellow Logistics sales came after the bell. Shares rise 11% to 63 cents in aftermarket trading. Siga Technologies said the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services exercised procurement options for the delivery of about $113 million of oral TPOXX and about $25 million of IV TPOXX, its two treatment courses for adults and children with human smallpox disease caused by variola virus.
